Shaftfall
A retro action game built to be playable by blind and sighted players. Sound tells you everything: enemy positions, elevator status, hidden documents, and hazards. Menus work with VoiceOver; gameplay does not announce over your audio. Supports PS4, Xbox, and Logitech (XInput) controllers, plus keyboard.
Controls & audio cues
Goal. Ride the central elevator from the rooftop down to the parking garage. Collect every hidden document before you reach the garage. The building has 100 floors and 25 documents are scattered across random floors each run. Enemies get tougher the deeper you go.
Controls (PS4 / Xbox / Logitech). D-pad Left/Right to walk. X (PS4) / A (Xbox / Logitech XInput) to shoot. Circle / B to jump. Square / X recalls the elevator to your floor when it has drifted away. Triangle / Y speaks the number of documents still to find. Outside the elevator: Down crouches, Up stands. Inside the elevator: Up moves up, Down moves down. Options / Menu / Start pauses. Logitech F310/F710 users should set the rear switch to X (XInput) for correct mapping.

Audio cues. Elevator engine plays while riding; a distorted engine means you are standing on top of the elevator, which is dangerous. As the elevator passes floors, a bright chirp (panned left or right toward the document) marks floors with undiscovered documents; a softer tick marks empty floors. Positive melody on document pickup. Somber melody on defeat. Descending whistle if you fall down the shaft. Ascending whistle on jump. Player and enemy gunfire have distinct sounds. Sounds are panned left or right to match position.
Cheat codes. Clearing every enemy in a run reveals the God mode code. Collecting every document during a God-mode run without killing a single enemy reveals the Perfect aim code. Revealed codes appear on the pause screen; you can enter any code you already know at any time. Use "Reset progress" on the main menu to clear all unlocks and unlock them again from scratch.
